Your resume materials are individually created for you and your unique goals. When you invest in yourself by hiring me to develop a new resume for you, my services to you will include:

  • Needs assessment— an initial phone and/or in person consultation and strategy session to review your career history and present goals, and to evaluate the relevancy of job postings/vacancy announcements that you’re interested in.
  • Discussion of job search strategies including on-line posting, networking, and individualized marketing planning and execution.
  • Professionally prepared resume and related documents sent to you via email or we'll arrange an appointment so we can review your documents together in person.
  • Electronic versions of your resume documents in Microsoft Word software emailed to your computer, or paper copies of your documents, or a combination of both.
How long does it take? Your resume draft will be ready for your review within five working days of our consultation. Rush service (24-48 hours) can be provided at a 50% surcharge.

Payment is accepted in credit card, check, or cash form, and is required prior to the start of your project.

Together we’ll sort through the details of your past, select what’s pertinent, and deliver it in a snappy, attention-getting format.

Manager Level Resume: Starts at $490

You intend to continue to utilize your leadership strengths either at your current company or in a new setting. I’ll create sharp documents for you that highlight the unique value, transferable skills, contributions, achievements, and potential you offer employers.

VP / Executive / Director Resume: Starts at $600
Cover letter: $180

You’ve proven you belong at the top and plan to continue to expand from there. Your accomplishments speak for themselves. Your new resume will define your range of accomplishment and potential, making make a powerful first impression that employers as well as recruiters will appreciate.

Federal Resumes & KSAs

I can also prepare a Federal resume for you according to the specific instructions, duties,and minimum qualifications found in the Federal job announcement.

Plan on providing me with your current/old resume (if you have one) and the job posting you’re interested in. Before beginning the resume development process, we’ll discuss your situation via phone to evaluate your alignment with the position, and I’ll prepare you to provide information critical to the development of the KSAs. Then we’ll schedule a phone or in person interview to complete the process.

The Federal application process tends to be a bit complex and time consuming, and there are usually firm closing dates for receipt of applications.

Federal Resume Fees:

  • Entry Level Resume (GS 1-5 and Wage Grade) - $240
  • Intermediate Level Resume (GS 6-8) - $310
  • Mid Level Resume (GS 9-12) - $430
  • Executive Level Resume (GS 13-15) - $560
  • Senior Executive Service (SES) Resume - $680

Resume Critique
If you would like a professional opinion about your current resume—especially if it’s not getting you the interviews you want—email me your current resume along with a time that’s good for you to speak by phone. I’ll review your resume and we’ll arrange a half hour phone call to discuss how your resume can be strengthened. You're free to use the information as you wish.

Job Seeking Coaching
You know what kind of job you want, and the industry you want to be in, but aren’t sure of how to go about making it happen? Together we can identify your issues and concerns and work out a strategy to help you head confidently into the direction of your dreams.
Job Seeking Coaching Sessions: $120/hour.

Delivery & Payment
All documents are delivered to you via email, as Microsoft Word attachments, in two electronic versions: a Presentation format which you can email as an attachment or print to mail or hand deliver, and a plain text format, which you can use to copy and paste into company websites. Prepayment is required for all services. I accept cash and checks, or can email a PayPal invoice to you for your on-line credit card payment. There’s no charge for changes and edits made within two weeks of your receipt of the projects.
